Refund policy
Refunds:
We are a new, small business and hope you love our products! If for some reason you do not, we have a 30-day Refund Policy. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a refund. (No need to return it; personal care goods can not be returned due to Health Code.)
To be eligible for a refund, you must have used less than 1/2 of the product. Please send a photo with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to Info@VineyardMorning.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your information. If it meets the above guidelines, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, gift cards aren't returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can troubleshoot the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we can not make exchanges due to Health Code rules. (See above). Once an item has left our warehouse, we can't restock it. However, we can offer you a discount on a different item. Please contact us at Info@VineyardMorning.com for more information.
